What can I order from Storelist?
Storelist, delivers from many local restaurants and stores to the location of your choice. We deliver almost anything you want from restaurant food, groceries, prescribed medication, flowers, gifts and more. Please note that if the restaurant or store that you would like to place an order from is not located in our website you are still allowed to place the order as long as it is in the cities that we serve. The current cities that we serve are Carver, Chaska, Chanhassen, Eden Prairie, Shakopee, Victoria and surrounding cities.
How do I submit my order?
Customers are able to submit their orders through phone with a live representative or through our online system. The option for our customers to submit their order on their own to the restaurant or store is also available. If you decide to place the order with the restaurant or store, please name it Storelist in order to prevent confusion and call Storelist to inform us that your order was placed.
When will my order arrive?
After an order is placed online or through the phone, a driver is immediately dispatched to pick up your order unless otherwise specified by the client for a certain day or time. Restaurant orders range from 45-60 minutes from the time the order was submitted. Store deliveries range from 1 hour to 3 hours, weather permitting. All orders are guaranteed for same day delivery.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is due upon delivery of your items. The driver will have the total of the order plus the service fee. Each driver is equipped with a system on their smart phone that allows them to accept most major credit cards. The current payment options that are accepted are by credit card and cash. Please note that for cash transactions drivers only carry up to $20 in change (no exceptions).
Can I cancel my order?
Typically, restaurant orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of the submission for same day delivery. For catering, grocery and store orders if placed in advance they can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. After a driver has been dispatched all sales are final and full payment is required for the services rendered.
